Model 3 is the most affordable Tesla model and has become a standard in the premium electric segment — a sedan with a range of 400–600 km depending on the version. Model Y shares its platform with Model 3 but offers an SUV body with more space. Model S and Model X are luxury variants with high performance and greater range. All versions support the Tesla Supercharger network and software updates that continuously bring new features.
When buying a used Tesla, it is crucial to check the battery condition and its remaining capacity compared with the factory specification. The Tesla app provides insight into diagnostics and software data about the vehicle’s condition. Check the service history through the Tesla account and whether the vehicle has been serviced at Tesla. Pay attention to the central console screen, the MCU unit (on older models) and the condition of the electric motor. The body and interior require a careful inspection for any signs of damage or corrosion.
Tesla does not have an official sales or service partner in Montenegro, but the used Tesla market continues to grow. Most examples are imported from Germany, the Netherlands or Norway. Charging is done via public AC and DC chargers that are expanding across the country, while the Supercharger network is available in Croatia and Serbia for longer trips. Servicing is carried out in Belgrade or Zagreb, with specialised independent workshops performing smaller interventions locally.

There are currently no Tesla Supercharger stations in Montenegro. The nearest Supercharger locations are in Croatia and Serbia. For charging in the country, public AC and DC chargers are used, compatible with Tesla via a CCS adapter (for newer models) or natively.
The nearest official Tesla service centres are in Belgrade and Zagreb. Minor repairs and diagnostics can be done at specialised independent services, while warranty work and more complex interventions require taking the vehicle to an official regional service centre.
Charging at home from a standard outlet for a 60 kWh battery costs roughly €5–7. At public DC fast chargers, the price is around €15–25 for a full charge, which is still significantly cheaper than the full fuel cost of a vehicle with an internal combustion engine.
